What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
After you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days so you can reactivate or export it. After that it's automatically and permanently deleted from production systems.
You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing privacy@xyrachat.com.
