My bot isn't replying, what to check
A quick checklist when your AI bot goes quiet.
If your bot isn't responding, work through these common causes first.
- Confirm the bot is enabled and assigned to the channel.
- Check business hours, outside them, the bot may send an off-hours message instead.
- Make sure the conversation isn't assigned to a human (assignment pauses the bot).
- Verify your knowledge base has content and the Knowledge Threshold isn't set too strict.
- Check your AI token allowance hasn't run out for the period.
